How does picture day scheduling work for league coordinators?
We work directly with you to find a date and time that fits your league’s schedule — including weekends and evenings. Once the date is set, we handle all the logistics: equipment setup, athlete flow management, and on-site coordination. You don’t need to chase parents or manage lineups. We’ve done this hundreds of times and we know how to keep things moving.
What if I have several kids in a league, do they have to come separately?
No — and that’s one of the biggest advantages of working with MISSION. We photograph each athlete individually, which means parents can bring their children at one of the scheduled team times rather than having to come back multiple times. This dramatically reduces chaos and increases participation rates.
What if a player misses picture day?
We offer flexible makeup scheduling. If a player misses the main photo day, we can arrange a separate session at our studio in Sewell, NJ at no extra hassle to your league.
How does sports team photography help our league’s fundraising?
