VETERAN OWNED
Brian Bailey served as a Cryptologic Technician in the United States Navy from 1987 to 1991, stationed in Naples, Italy. It was there — exploring the stunning landscapes and rich culture of Europe — that Brian first discovered his passion for photography, capturing the beauty of Italian coastlines, historic European cities, and real-life Top Guns on aircraft carriers. The discipline, precision, and attention to detail that defined his military service now form the foundation of every MISSION shoot, ensuring every client receives the same level of excellence and commitment that made Brian a proud Navy veteran. Brian continues to serve his veteran community today as the current President of the Washington Township Veterans Advisory Board.

As a veteran-owned business, MISSION is deeply committed to giving back to the South Jersey community and to fellow veterans. Brian Bailey served as President of the Washington Township Chamber of Commerce from 2017 to 2019, representing local businesses and advocating for economic growth in Gloucester County. He currently serves as President of the Washington Township Veterans Advisory Board, supporting veterans and military families throughout South Jersey. This dedication goes beyond photography — it’s about using skills and a platform to support the people and causes that matter most.
Meet Brian
Brian Bailey is the founder and principal photographer of MISSION Photo and Video, based in Sewell, New Jersey. A United States Navy Cryptologic Technician veteran (1987–1991), five-time Best of Washington Township award winner, Sync Photography Competition award recipient, former President of the Washington Township Chamber of Commerce (2017–2019), and current President of the Washington Township Veterans Advisory Board, Brian brings military-grade precision and genuine creative passion to every project. With over 15 years of professional photography experience since founding his studio in 2011, Brian has built one of South Jersey’s most trusted and recognized photography and video operations.
Brian’s expertise spans both intimate portrait sessions and large-scale commercial productions — seamlessly adapting whether he’s capturing a single senior portrait in Washington Township or coordinating picture day for an entire youth sports league across Gloucester County. A sought-after speaker and educator on visual storytelling and strategic video marketing, Brian also brings corporate-level understanding to every business client — having spent 12 years as Director of Server Systems & Storage at Chubb before dedicating himself full-time to MISSION. He is also FAA Certified for sUAS aerial drone photography and video, and offers live streaming and podcast production services for businesses and events across South Jersey and the Philadelphia metro area. His work has been trusted by organizations including AAA, Saint Joseph’s University, and the NJCDCA, as well as hundreds of South Jersey families and businesses throughout Gloucester, Burlington, Salem, and Camden Counties.
Meet Laura
Laura Bailey is the co-founder and client experience director of MISSION Photo and Video. As the studio’s operational backbone, Laura brings warmth, creativity, and meticulous organization to every aspect of the client experience. She orchestrates every detail from initial consultation to final delivery — ensuring that every shoot runs seamlessly and every client in South Jersey feels valued and cared for.
Laura’s greatest strength is making every client’s experience feel personal and special. Whether she’s guiding a high school senior through her session, coordinating a large corporate headshot day for a Camden County business, or managing logistics or doing the photography for a multi-team sports league picture day across Gloucester County, Laura ensures every client feels like they’re working with friends who genuinely care about creating something beautiful together.
