How long does a corporate headshot session take? Individual sessions typically run 15–20 minutes per person. For team sessions at your office, we can photograph 15–20 people in a half-day and up to 40+ in a full day. We work efficiently because your team’s time is valuable.
Do you come to our office, or do we come to your studio? Both. We offer studio sessions at our Washington Township, NJ, location and on-location sessions at your office or any preferred venue across South Jersey and the Philadelphia metro area. Our portable studio setup produces the same consistent, high-quality results regardless of where we shoot.
What happens when we hire new team members after the session? We save your custom lighting profile. When you add a new hire, we schedule a quick individual session — studio or on-location — and their photos match your existing team’s perfectly. No need to reshoot everyone.
Can you photograph our entire team of 50+ people? Yes. We’ve managed large-scale corporate headshot days for teams of all sizes. We’ll scope the project with you, develop a scheduling plan, and handle all the logistics so it’s as painless as possible for your HR or marketing team.
What format will I receive the photos in? You’ll receive fully retouched, high-resolution digital files optimized for web, print, and LinkedIn. We provide specific file formats and sizing if your website or marketing team has particular technical requirements.
