Do you handle both the photography and banner production? Yes — that’s one of the biggest advantages of working with MISSION. We handle the photography, graphic compositing, banner design, and production all in-house. You work with one team from start to finish rather than coordinating a photographer and a separate print vendor.
What is included in a media day for travel teams? Travel team media days can include individual athlete photos, team photos with custom graphic compositing with your team colors and branding. We also offer individual photo shoots with backgrounds using smoke. Custom banner production is available as an add-on. We work with you in advance to plan the full session so everything runs efficiently on the day.
How long does a media day take? Most media days run 2–4 hours, depending on roster size and the number of team configurations needed. Individual portraits take 10–15 minutes per athlete. We plan every session to minimize disruption to your schedule and have your full program photographed in a single visit.
How are photos and banners delivered? Photos can be delivered via digital downloads for media day, or you can purchase prints, mailed or delivered to the organization. Banners are designed, produced, and delivered ready to hang on a timeline agreed upon at booking.
How far in advance should we book our media day? We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for the fall and spring sports seasons, which fill up fastest. Winter dates are more flexible.
